Terrible management and maintenance
October 4, 2021Signed a lease here and was initially pleased since it was a new building. But 7 months into living there, still did not have shelves in my closets, a shower door (so water flooded the floor every time I showered), or blinds in my bedroom. Had to fight to get those things, and my front door lock broke 2x, and had to fight to get that fixed too. Repairmen entered when I wasn’t expecting them to fix it, which was a huge security issue, and I never received any acknowledgement from Chasen or help ...for my troubles. My neighbors had a lot of the same problems too. When I lost my keys, they took more than 2 months to get me new ones so I couldn’t get my mail, and the key-less code pads glitched too, so I was locked out and had to wait to be let back into my home since they didn’t give me replacements during that time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
