The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and the university. The Marlow
February 12, 2025The marlow is a new apartment complex that is right across the street from Forest park and extremely close to the major shopping centers. The apartment is modern with an open floorplan. The kitchen is very spacious and the walls are well insulated from the extreme heat. I enjoy the views especially near the forest on the patio. There are many amenities specifically with the pool area and fitness room are better than most in the area. The management team has been amazing since the beginning, ...always willing to help and work with me on any situations. The maintenance is very good in my experience and are always polite and helpful when things go wrong. January 31, 2025We have lived here for about 6 months and we thoroughly enjoy it. Dog friendly, beautiful pool, dog park/pickleball court across the road (easy walk). I feel safe in the complex and neighbors are great. The leasing office is easy to work with and very friendly. Mail room is very nice as well! Incredible Staff, lovely amenities
January 30, 2025The staff at the Marlow are some of the best people Ive ever worked/lived with. When the water heater in my unit leaked before I could even move in the staff were so quick to repair the problem and all the damage in the apartment for free, and were flexible moving me and ensuring I got what I was looking for. Theyre also always available and kind. I also love the amenities and the area.
