The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and the university. Amenities like the resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, and clubhouse are fantastic, and the property is always well-maintained. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live, offering both convenience and luxury.

The apartment is modern with an open floorplan. The kitchen is very spacious and the walls are well insulated from the extreme heat. I enjoy the views especially near the forest on the patio. There are many amenities specifically with the pool area and fitness room are better than most in the area. The management team has been amazing since the beginning, ...always willing to help and work with me on any situations. The maintenance is very good in my experience and are always polite and helpful when things go wrong. The only negative is the sound proof could be slightly better but the community is very quiet overall.Read More

I feel safe in the complex and neighbors are great. The leasing office is easy to work with and very friendly. Mail room is very nice as well! We plan to renew our lease here!

When the water heater in my unit leaked before I could even move in the staff were so quick to repair the problem and all the damage in the apartment for free, and were flexible moving me and ensuring I got what I was looking for. Theyre also always available and kind. I also love the amenities and the area. Quiet, modern, but also so close to butler plaza and my job couldn't have asked for a better place.
