Location is Everything!
February 19, 2021We really enjoyed our years of living here. The location is unbeatable, you can walk to everything you need, but are also tucked away on a quiet street away from noise. I was lucky enough to have a view of the bay from my apartment and the large covered deck was my favorite part. Older and smaller appliances, but the apartment is big and bright which makes up for it. Management is great and helpful, we always got quick responses from her and from the maintenance team. We were so sad to move away, ...but I would definitely recommend this building if you are looking for easy Bellevue living.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great living experience
April 22, 2020Its very good in terms of price for the location. You get amazing views and are in walking distance from the Bellevue downtown park, Meydenbauer bay park and the only mall in the eastside. There is a safeway and 24/7 qfc nearby. You feel lucky to be living there come July 4th or Christmas season when you can still go to the mall without having to find parking. The management is pretty responsive. They once answered my call at 1 am in the night because I had tripper the circuit breaker and I ...couldnt find where it was. They helped me find it at 1 am. In terms of commute, peak traffic commute times to Microsoft and google is around 15-20 minutes. Peak commute time to Seattle can range from 30-45 minutes. For Seattle you can walk 5 minutes and get onto the 550 express which will get you to Seattle very quickly. Overall a great experience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
