Not great ever since new management

Lived here for several year now and they have changed mgmt 3 times. As of the past year I find they are very slow to respond for maintenance. It could be several days before they come out for non emergency, which could be a problem depending on the issue. I frequently have maintenance requests for the same issues. New manager doesn't answer the phone or return voicemails and is not as nice or customer experience orientated as her predecessors. Nice property overall, great location and honestly a ...

The building is beautiful and in a perfect location. It’s a secure building that is clean and well maintained inside and out. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Anytime I’ve emailed or called with a question or (tiny) maintenance request they’ve responded almost immediately. We are so happy with our garage parking but there is also ample street parking for guests or residents that haven’t chosen garage parking. Our apartment is so much bigger than I expected when we started looking ...

for places outside of the suburbs. Gorgeous floors, fixtures and appliances. Neighbors are all really friendly as well. It’s the perfect mix of a quiet building when it should be but also a place you can find neighbors talking and hanging out from patio to patio on a nice night. Note: The only maintenance issues have been due to new construction and simply not knowing it needed attention until you tried it. They had the concerns acknowledged, addressed and fixed within hours.
