Living at the Monterey has been amazing. The cost to value is perfect and actually affordable compared to some surrounding areas. Will be releasing for sure (unless they increase rent)

My AC unit start failing and did not cool apartment effectively, after 2 days local team recognized need to replace whole unit and day after new parts were installed. To be honest half day of work and complete removal of Central AC unit was done in less than 2 days after problem was reported. Things can break and this is normal, but I cannot complain about speed and quality of works.

The maintenance team is great and timely and very polite. However, my time at the Monterey has deteriorated given the extensive renovations that have been occuring without any advanced notice, impacting my daily commute due to closed entrances/exits, etc

Super slow elevators, garage doors took two months to fix (come on people, we're in DFW). There had to be a repair service that could complete the fix quicker. You left every single residents vehicle vulnerable to theives. My bike got stolen simply because your facility was not secure.

Reported not working AC, in less than 2 hours I had a service visit and in less than one hour AC was fixed. Things can broke, so I truly appreciate how fast problem was fixed.

There is a significant lack of security throughout the building. The garage door is routinely left open, creating an open invitation for anyone to enter without restriction. Additionally, the elevators are not integrated with the building's security system (for over a month now!), meaning there are no safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing any floor. This leaves the entire building vulnerable, as anyone can freely move about without any security checks or barriers ...

You have to get a handle on maintenance- hot tub is green, pool area hasn’t been tended to in a week and is a mess, garbage areas are disgusting- parking garage needs to be deep cleaned- and why does it take 2-3 weeks for maintenance requests? I’ve had a broken window ever since I moved in?
