About The New Haven Apartments
What makes New Haven Apartments so special is that it's located in Historic Maplewood! Maplewood was established in 1832 which gives this lively neighborhood a whole lot of charm. Conveniently located, you will have plenty of restaurants and shopping close by to bike or walk too! Welcome home to comfortable living! Our complex offers updated, studio, 1 & 2-bedroom apartments. All freshly renovated and beautifully done. With updated flooring, lighting, plenty of space and alluring kitchen updates. These apartments are all-electric and have central heating and cooling. Plenty of shared laundry is available in each building. We offer off-street parking and the building is located directly next to a Yale park. The rent includes water, sewer and trash. Additionally, we offer bulk cable and internet bundles, so our resident's get discounted rates on basic cable & high speed internet services through Charter Spectrum. Email us to schedule an appointment, as our apartments don't last long. The application process is 100% electronic so you can apply online in just a few simple steps from the comfort of your home. We are pet-friendly! Below you will find our pet restrictions outlined: We do not accept pets over 40lbs, we have a two (2) pet maximum limit, no aggressive dog breeds are allowed and pets must be up-to-date on vaccines. We charge a $150.00 Nonrefundable Upfront Pet Fee and a $25.00 Monthly Pet Fee per pet **Must submit veterinarian records, shot records and a photo of the pet prior to approval. Rental Requirements: You must be over 21 – if not, we will require a co-signer, your household income must meet or exceed 2.5x the monthly rent in gross income, no violent criminal history, no utilities in collections, no evictions within the last 5 years and you must have a favorable credit score.
