Northview Apts in Terra Linda
August 10, 2015My wife and I keep looking for 'cheaper' rent but for Marin Co. this place is still less than many others. Pros are a beautiful courtyard/pool area, generally quiet, nice climate here, the Northgate Mall(s) & Safeway are 5 min. walking distance, freeway is 5 min. or less., nice mngmt. and renters. Cons are a medium busy street in front, rent is raised each yr., one parking space per apt.(otherwise it's street).
