September 20, 2016I lived in the oaks apartments for over three years. I had some serious maintenance issues, that were never fixed. I had a hole in the wall, that the maintenance man did while he was in the crawl space. I had a hole in the floor where you walk into the closet, that was never fixed properly. And a toilet that would run over everytime you flushed it.None of these.work orders were done while I lived there.They asked me to leave.Property Manager Responded
June 20, 2017The Oak's Management Team, will issue a notice to vacate if the resident has violated their lease agreement. The property has 24 hour maintenance, after hour for emergency calls only. The property has an after hours answering service, online work order system, or you can email the property or customerservice@eimc.us if you have problem. The property does get disgruntle comments by residents that have been asked to leave due to a violation of their lease agreement.
