We have lived in the Oaks for many years. This place used to be a great place to live. When the first resident manager was here it was great, we had tenant meetings every month and maintenance issues were handled in a timely matter. When the new company took over and the new manager came, it went to hell quickly. She locked the bathroom doors in the hall so visitors had nowhere to use the bathroom except to go in the bedroom and use it. There was not one tenant meeting in the six years she was ...
resident manager. The call box had not been working properly for two years and now it is not working at all. This is supposed to be a secured building. The emergency maintenance person lives over two hours away. I sure hope the next company and resident manager does a better job and us able to get this place back to were it was.
