Best Kept Secret in Chattanooga

Lived here for over 3 years. The Property Owner, Brian, and Managers ( Don & Deb) are the absolute best! They genuinely care and are great to work with. The apartments are well maintained, monthly pest control, and grounds are maintained weekly. Nice quiet and safe community.

My first apartment, and it's wonderful!

I've lived here five years with my roommate and can't say enough good things about it. The manager and owner work hard to keep the property clean, safe, and up-to-date. It's quiet, close to downtown, and has really felt like a home. Nowhere is perfect, but this place is pretty close to it.

I have loved living here for almost a year. It is quiet. I feel very safe. The property manager is great and the owner is super friendly and understanding. My apartment has been well maintained, so I've never had any real maintenance issues!

The property owner (Brian) and managers (Don & Deb) are great to work with, attentive to residents' needs, and work hard to create a strong and safe community. Our neighbors were great. They pitched in to help us move our treadmill in and if they wanted to make more noise than usual, they checked with us beforehand. The apartments and grounds are well-maintained, and the staff respond right away to maintenance requests. These apartments have newer appliances and modern interior design. Very nice ...
