Best Kept Secret in Chattanooga

July 27, 2021I've lived here five years with my roommate and can't say enough good things about it. The manager and owner work hard to keep the property clean, safe, and up-to-date. Great Community and Very Nice Place to Live!
November 24, 2017The property owner (Brian) and managers (Don & Deb) are great to work with, attentive to residents' needs, and work hard to create a strong and safe community. Our neighbors were great. They pitched in to help us move our treadmill in and if they wanted to make more noise than usual, they checked with us beforehand. The apartments and grounds are well-maintained, and the staff respond right away to maintenance requests. These apartments have newer appliances and modern interior design.
