February 27, 2026The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is a true delight—friendly neighbors and a welcoming vibe. The grounds are spotless, and the pool is a perfect escape in the summer. January 9, 2026The Oaks at Tech Ridge have been home for the last 5 years, I’ve seen this community grow and evolve, and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful place. An absolute standout feature of living here is the management and maintenance staff. They're professional, welcoming, and genuinely care about the resident experience. One of my favorite aspects of living here is resident events. Whether it’s seasonal pool parties, holiday mixers, or "grab-and-go" breakfasts at the office, there is always ...something fun on the calendar. It’s rare in apartment living to feel like you actually know your neighbors, and these events make that possible. Of course, There have been moments of frustration, particularly regarding noise levels. As the area has become more popular, the loud music can be a bit much if you’re sensitive to activity. Additionally, I’ve noticed periods where property cleanliness (like dumpster trash or breezeway upkeep) could use a bit more frequent attention. All in all. I'm happy!Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2026The only reason I give this place two stars is because the new maintenance team is more responsive. I hate living here. Management will NOT let me break the lease even though a reletting fee/process is listed on the lease. I’ve emailed 4 times to leave. The neighbors are loud, if you call the courtesy officer’s number they have no record of this complex, large dogs are constantly off leash and they will growl and run at you, people refuse to pick up their pet’s poop. The grounds keeper tries to ...keep the grass clean, but there’s no way he can’t keep up. There’s unhoused people digging through the dumpster, but frankly they’re more courteous than the actual neighbors. Because the previous tenant clipped the fiber optic cable in my unit, AT&T couldn’t do much, my Internet connection has always been bad. Overall, this complex is GHETTO.
