only lived here during summer of 2024 but really nice staff, felt safe, nice but small gym that was recently redone, lots of common areas and nice pool.

Fantastic amenities, Great View!

This is a highly secure building, including a concierge/doorman and extra efficient property manager. They keep the place sparkling clean and ensure safety for all. The rooftop jacuzzi and pool and bbq as well as the full gym are added features. Some of the units include a huge terrace.

The Ogden bills itself as luxury apartment living in Downtown Las Vegas. Keep in mind there is little to no competition for the title.
The building itself is nice and well maintained. As they move toward selling the apartments and away from leasing the services begin to disappear. Renter beware.
