September 7, 2020My son lived here for a year. We got overdue bills constantly and no one could explain the new "system". The office went so far as to block my phone number. I had to call anonymously if I wanted to speak with someone. They will not take any type of payment other than echeck or credit card (with a fee). Don't Rent from The Orchard Clemson
September 24, 2019They moved my daughter into a apartment that needed carpet and paint, the AC didn't work for 2 months and when we moved out they kept our deposit and put fresh carpet and paint in the apt. They will not repond to our request for more information and they have done this to several families.Review from Apartments.com
