Parents beware
August 31, 2019This apartment complex sucks. My daughter lived there for 2 years. When we moved her in the apartment was dirty, Sheetrock needed to be done, cracks in the floor (concrete, so radon was a concern) and paint was not up to par with what we were paying for rent. After living there for two years, and moving out, they charged us for having the carpet cleaned, Sheetrock work and painting. Kept $375 from each roommate (4 total) and charged us to do al the work that should have been done when hey moved ...in. A complete rip off. They apartment was professionally cleaned when they moved out and the repairs that fell on them should have been done when they moved in. Just taking advantage of a bunch of girls. Would not recommend renting from them unless you plan on paying them the monthly rent plus losing your deposit!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
