Orchard West is infested with ants. There is no pest control here whatsoever. If you like living with a million of your little friends, then have at it. No thank you. Nightmare. Management does not respond to maintenance requests. Very rude in the office.

Convenient Location - close to shopping and freeway north or south

Well maintained active adult community with nice neighbors. Shopping center with grocery shopping minutes away and pharmacy across the street, Love taking grand kids to Mary's Pizza when they visit. Also other eating places close by.

We are very happy with our new home. We are seniors. The property is beautiful quiet and well maintainEd. The bedrooms are spacious. Apartment is very clean, fresh paint etc.

The apartments themselves are very good. Well designed for privacy, clean and well maintained. Manager on site. The drawbacks are that the laundry is communal ,and the upstairs neighbors have VERY heavy footfalls (I am below them) this is the second apartment I was in in this same compound. I did not hear the neighbors upstairs on the other one so maybe the floors in the present one have never been updated as they do when someone moves out. The courtyard has some chairs and tables. The rec room ...

contains some games etc. but the residents seem to want to keep to themselves, which makes it very quiet and pleasant for me. The whole first impression is privacy & cleanliness. However, all this comes at a price. Owners raise the rents every year! which is eventually unaffordable for seniors with fixed incomes.

Our apartment complex is so quite and apartments are up to code, clean with great decks. Rents are appropriate for the area and If we need any work done on our apartments Management is kind and timely in whatever we need. Complex itself is so beautiful with well kept grounds, flowers and club house area is great for functions. What more can I say. Thanks
