February 14, 2020I've lived here for over 5 years and the management is great. They take care of things right away, and very clean. Lots of wildlife walking around, park is walking distance away, grocery store, and other shopping very close.Review from Apartments.com

July 19, 2018Be warned – don’t expect your security deposit back… no matter how much you clean. They use the same tired, irrational excuses of how your work isn’t sufficient so they keep most, if not all, of your deposit. Yet, they are slow to respond if you have an issue. Terrible management and very rude once you are a resident.Property Manager Responded
August 27, 2018We are sorry that you had a bad experience with our management. When walking through a unit after move-out we always give the option for the tenant to be present. When you do the final walk-through we will show you anything that needs to be done to avoid deductions to your security deposit. We will always work with our tenants to find a favorable solution to any issue.
