About The Palms On Seminary

Every apartment at The Palms on Seminary has a wonderful layout with a generous amount of space. All of our spacious studios and one bedroom apartments have an eat-in kitchen, a full bath, a walk-in closet, and a large open living room with overhead fan(with lights). The one bedrooms have an additional closet space with with mirrored sliding doors and another overhead fan(with lights). The common hallways have handsome flooring, there is a nice mailbox system with package bins for items delivered by the US Postal Service. For security, there is a video surveillance system, and access from the sidewalk is keyed, along with access to the building. Come by and have a look and see the quality of what is offered at The Palms On Seminary! By the way, you only need to get a PGE account - we pay for water and garbage!
