I’ve had a great experience living at The Palms, but the absolute standout feature of this community is the incredible maintenance man, Wayne. Whenever an issue pops up, Wayne is incredibly prompt, highly skilled, and always gets the job done right the first time. Beyond his technical expertise, he is exceptionally friendly, respectful of my space, and consistently goes above and beyond with a positive attitude. It is rare to find an apartment complex that handles maintenance requests in this ...
manner, and Wayne truly makes this community a wonderful place to live. It feels like family here and they’re always very understanding. Also, you’re not going to find a place around here with a backyard like this for the price!

Lived here for about 3 years and I have no complaints. The grounds are well maintained and it’s pretty quiet around here. The manager Wayne is the best! He’s genuine and respectful and will try his best to help you as urgently as possible. Definitely would recommend living here.
