a wonderful spot to live
May 16, 2025As a resident under both the old and new management regimes, I have noticed a stark contrast in the quality of service provided. The concierge and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. They are always willing to offer assistance. I always feel safe and in tune with the building community. I feel that despite being a slightly older structure, that the building is well-maintained, with all concerns met with the swiftest attention. Considering other living accommodations in the city, I ...cant think of another place that I’d be happier then right here.Property Manager Responded

Never got my deposit back.
August 29, 2022I have moved out of Paramount for over 3 months now but never managed to get back my deposit, despite calling and emailing management and account manager multiple times. They have stopped replying to my emails in the recent weeks. Had to write this review because it ruins the whole experience.Review from Apartments.com
