About The Park
Built in 2018, The Park offers true San Diego living in the wonderful, uptown neighborhood of University Heights.The community's architecture offers modern and comfortable living as every apartment is designed to have plenty of natural light. The floor to ceiling windows provide beautiful views of the city while offering privacy and creating your perfect and secluded home.Additionally, there is plenty of natural ventilation and lighting in the common areas of the community, along with roof solar panels, that offset a portion of the building's core power usage. At the Park, we're doing our part to protect our environment! An above-ground planter is filled with natural drought tolerant grasses and an olive tree that filters all water that encounters the site.

Horrible Property Management - Elevators Always Breaking Down - Secured Parking Garage is NOT Secured
May 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe property management for this location is atrocious. They do not timely address maintenance issues that impact the well being of the residents. The elevators are constantly breaking down, forcing residents to traverse the stairs in this 8 story building. The “secured” parking garage has been unsecured for about a month now, creating a frightening situation for the women who live in this building alone. Coming home at night when the garage gates don’t work allows for anyone to go in and ...break into cars or attack someone. The building itself is nice, but without a good property management company, your quality of life will suffer.Read More
Mismanaged & Lack of Amenities
August 29, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comLived here 2 years and hands down the worst management I’ve ever experienced. Unacceptably slow to respond to emails, if at all, no communication regarding broken elevators which are a frequent problem. Stolen packages happened twice within a year due to no package lockers just open shelving, and management refuses to do anything to remedy the situation. No amenities other than a rooftop deck that has been neglected and has a fire pit that works half of the time. With all of that said, rent was ...raised $300 our first year and $100 our second. Better managed buildings with more amenities and cheaper rents in the area. Don’t recommend.Read More

The apartment is really nice, with wonderful views of San Diego, and the area is also very convenient because of its easy connection to all major freeways so I can get to many areas in San Diego relatively quickly. The area has a lot of nearby local services and shops to visit when my roommate and I need something. Balboa Park is nearby and can always enjoy that on nice ...days. Great building in San Diego
March 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comWell designed and well constructed with minimal transmission of noise between apartments likely because of the glass, concrete and steel construction. My apartment #603 was one of the best places I have ever lived, with views south to Tijuana and daily sunsets to the west--2 walls of glass with a balcony open on 2 sides. Easy walking distance to Sprout's, all the University Heights and Hillcrest nightlife and restaurants....The manager Yeshi is warm and responsive and lives onsite. Love where I live
October 30, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comHad to give a review to this place. I am a new resident been here about 2 months now. I love this building! It's beautiful,new, its modern and everything works! They have a gated garage and everywhere you go you need your key fob (helps to deter break-ins)to get into the building and the garage. The on-site manager is very nice, easy to work with and always wants to help. This place is also dog friendly which is a plus. Your walking distance to Sprouts Groceries.
