This is the WORST PLACE TO LIVE

A shooting happened this morning resulting in a death. The police have the 300 building taped off gathering evidence. After contacting the office to speak with management regarding breaking the lease and moving they said we will need a police report. FOR WHAT I DO NOT KNOW! It makes no sense to request a report when no one from the front office even came out to check on residents that were unable to leave their apartment due to a dead body within their walk way. This place is so unprofessional. ...
They don’t fix anything, the maintenance men are nowhere near qualified in any type of maintenance, they can barely paint. Do yourself a favor and NEVER live here, I feel bad for the roaches that take shelter here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE !!

Housing
-Paying a month for AC that wasn't working!
-LEAKAGE EVERYWHERE that wasn't taken care of upon request! (Kitchen! Bathroom! Hallway!)
-Workers came to "fix" the light fixtures in the kitchen but only made it WORSE! Left pieces from the lights all over the floor!
-Put in request for pest control but NEVER received services! Had to use extermination tactics OURSELVES!!! (But we're paying for these services every month! Ridiculous!)
-Couldn't use bathroom due to LEAKAGE upstairs that they ...
NEVER fixed!
Leasing office
-NEVER put in request for things to get fixed!
-ALWAYS giving the wrong payment amounts!
-RUDE to tenants! (To myself & other tenants that I've witnessed with my own eyes!)
-NEVER came to pull up the carpet in the hallway that got water damamged FROM THE AC VENT THEY NEVER CAME TO FIX!
These are the things that we've been paying for but never received services! Breaking our lease AND reporting this company to the BBB because this is truly disgusting service and tenants shouldn't have to pay for something that you all won't fix.

It started with security issues, break ins and the like.
Now maintenance is beyond pathetic, it takes several requests to get anything done. The latest lie.....the maintenance guy couldn't do the job because the key in the office doesn't work anymore.

The Park at Carlye are horrible!! Bad maintenance. They say they have upgraded but just have really patched the apartments up. I have had two floods and the kitchen light fixture to fall and leak from upstairs within 6 months of living here. Not to mention a break in within the first two days of moving in!!
