Staff is amazing .

Ms. Tanya is a kind , sweet and work s with clientele according to their issues, staff is caring and professional with people problems as long as you communicate well with them. Property is nice and safe. I had an enjoyable time relaxing at the pool. I had an enjoyable relax time there. I was happy with everything and Ms. Tanya she is an amazing manager. She is able to handle resideproblems, I was happy with everything. Community is nice. I had enjoyable happy time there.

Takes forever to fix things

They are always changing management and maintenance. Pool was closed the entire last summer and they take forever to fix things. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Oh and the $100-$300 rate increases

Random shootings and police . No security cameras, at a bad intersection. Management is out of touch with many issues such as sanitization, stray cats, discarded furniture, and porch people. For what you pay you can find much nicer somewhere else, minus the violence.

Quiet, great neighbors and WONDERFUL STAFF. Everyone is personable and very friendly. Every month there are activities planned and even days where FOOD TRUCKS come out. Since I work from home this is very convenient. Maintenance orders are completed so much quicker than I've ever had at any other complex I've lived in Orange Park. Last month I even won a drawing for a free turkey before Thanksgiving!!! Love the choice I made to call The Park at Madera my home ?.

Terrible!!!!!!!

This place is the most terrible place I’ve ever lived. They have failed to fix a leak in my town home that has now caused a hole in my living room ceiling. This has been happening since I moved in three months ago. KAYLA is completely rude! Has argued with my husband several times about issues even with him being in his military uniform because he just got off duty. Kayla will argue with you over anything. She is so disrespectful. Mind you the place most likey has mold causing my 10 month old to ...

Dont waste your money

Management is rude and communicates poorly- call with the same question at different times, you’ll get completely different answers. Property is not taken care of- design is cheap and falling apart. plenty of water damage. Pool is literally always closed for maintenance of some type. What they ask for rent is not okay for the condition they leave their property in. you wont see anything repaired properly, and with how sneaky the management is, they will find a way to make you pay for problems ...
that were there before you moved in. save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.

Love living at Bradford Place the management team are great and make you feel right at home, close to restaurants that you can walk to and also close to schools. Townhouse is nice and big and newly remodel have a beautiful pool with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Only lasted a few weeks

This complex is awful! I moved in because of a last minute issue and needed a place for my family. The appliances do not work including the fridge. They have been called out several times but it still is not working. The neighborhood is sometimes quiet but at night I hear people telling outside and lots of traffic. The people in the office are polite but nothing gets done. We have terrible water pressure and it doesn't even stay hot. There have also been issues with roaches and other bugs. If ...
it's all you can afford its decent but for a couple hundred more a month you have way better options.
