I live it here but they are not good at fixing stuff in a timely manmer it takes them weeks to fix anything and sometimes months.For exzample its the summer time and I was told because I have 2 ac units and 1 is working that thats not a emergency.I put this work order in weeks ago and someone came said it was fixed and its not.I have multiple work orders I put in and no one has yet to come from weeks ago.

I would recommend this Bec it bigger space and it helped a lot with rent and able to watch kids play outside with all this window we have, but the only thing I don't like is parking lot it too little and roaches in here I had many things to kill the roaches and we still have roaches but I would recommend this to anyone who really need a place to live especially with kids

Clean outside because we have people visiting and it would be wonderful to have clean grounds the cleaning crew keeps the outside clean on both sides we just need the adults to take the trash out instead of the kids because if they can?t trash the trash can they pour the trash on the ground. If we can get a 2nd trash can then it might change all the trash that?s on the ground.
