The property is overpriced completely and people cant even afford rent in hard times. Its located by Six flags drive which is a bad area, the schools around the neighborhood are D schools. The security gate has been open for over 2 months and noone is never in the office seems like they are always closed or out to lunch. The pros of the neighborhood are access to I-20 and if you like the six flags park its walking and driving distance. Not a community for people with children.

Herd someone was killed out here last week up front. Shot more than 5 times. No security gate left open and if they close the front gate back one is still open. Construction dumpter all over place. Office staff won't answer phone if they know they haven't done what you told them you need done. High rent, no porch to sit on have to stay in apartment. Won't let door mats be had in front of your door. Bad doings.

I just moved in and I cannot wait to move out. The breezeways are so dirty; it seems like they have never been cleaned. We have a roach problem in our apartment and I know it's our neighbors. Kids run up and down the stairs, but there is a playground. Not to mention loud music being played in both of the apartments near me. I am really regretting moving here and I cannot wait to move when my lease is up.

There are nice changes going on in the community! All amenities and units are currently being renovated. The office staff is always pleasant and responsive when it comes to the resident needs. If you are looking for someone up and coming and newly renovated, look no further, The Parkton is where its at!
Not Worth the money they are charging

People are breaking into the units and cars. There is a roach problem. You tell the office to send pest control and they don't show up. There is a creek behind the apartments that neighbors throw trash in which causes animals to come up on the Terrence level including snakes yes I said snakes. They remodeled some units then jacked everybody rent up and leaving the other units broke down. We are looking to move soon. I do not recommend moving here especially with the rent so high.
