Everything is going well. I feel safe living here. And everyone is very friendly. I like that neighbors are respectful and are not playing music late at night or being noisy. I like when I see the maintaines keeping our subdivision clean. I always see them picking up trash from the floor.

I love parkway at hunters creek. The customer service is excellent. The apartment was clean on move in but there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of upon movein. The maintenance staff fixed everything right away and were very friendly. The community is quiet and everyone picks up after their animals.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a month now and overall, I really enjoy it. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, and the community has a nice atmosphere that makes it feel like home. The location is fantastic—close to shops, restaurants, and parks, which is a huge plus. However, I’ve found that you really need to be proactive when it comes to dealing with the staff and maintenance. While the amenities are great, getting things done often requires a bit of persistence. If ...
you’re willing to stay on top of requests and follow up, you’ll enjoy a comfortable living experience. Overall, I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice community and spacious living, just be prepared to advocate for yourself when needed!

Its looks like a very quiet place an also very convenience for job locations and shopping centers, pool is great, gym could be a little bigger but has what you need to workout

Me parece un lugar seguro para nuestra familia . Hay algo que no me gusta el estacionamiento nunca hay cerca de mi apartment tengo que estacionarme muy lejo de mi area y gym hace falta una caminadora . Gracias

It is a peaceful and calm community with a lot of happy human interaction. Infrastructure is well kept, clean, pretty. Personnel is most amiable and comprehensive, with a touch of personalized service. It’s great.
