DONT LIVE HERE
October 29, 2023I lived there for 1 year in a studio apartment. There were always roaches, or rats in the apartment. The place always reeked of weed or mold. If you need to use the communal washers, people will throw your stuff out of the washer. Management was ALWAYS changing. They don’t care. My garbage disposal FELL OUT of my sink leaving water everywhere, once I had it some what cleaned up I ran down stairs and told the front desk the situation, I was curtly told that it was not an emergency (this was a ...Saturday morning) and that there was no one to fix it until Monday afternoon, nor was there an emergency line. The gates never worked while I lived there, and the amenities maybe worked for 2 weeks total while I was living there. It’s not worth it. I promise…Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
December 13, 2022PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!! I have only lived here for around 2 months, and quite literally everything has been broken! None of the outlets worked upon moving in and it took them OVER 2 WEEKS to fix it. (I repeat, I DID NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF LIVING HERE.) almost every appliance in the apartment has malfunctioned, the sink has a severe leak, there's mold at the entrance of my apartment which I've been breathing in every day (even though I've ...notified management multiple times), there are bugs and rats everywhere, there's graffiti on the walls, and the entire building smells like a dumpster mixed with urine. The cheap rent is simply not worth the absolute hellscape that you will experience living here... You can easily find an apartment for only $100 more a month in a FAR better area, with more space, and most importantly EVERYTHING IN THE APARTMENT WILL ACTUALLY WORK...Property Manager Responded

Would not recommend!
April 6, 2022Since new management has taken over, the apartments have gone downhill. The gates have remained broken for over 6 months! The front doors are not always secured, furniture and trash left for days. When I originally moved here I felt secure and everyone was friendly, now I do not feel secure at all!Property Manager Responded

Best Apartment at a Great price
October 10, 2018The Pearl is the first place i've Ever, in my life, stayed at for longer than a year and I literally have no bad things to say about them or this apartment.. Amenities: an indoor AND outdoor pool, fitness center, clubhouse that I use very frequently, business center w/ 2 conputers and printer, tons of parking. They are always looking for ways to improve themselves, whether it's repaving driveways, fixing up the landscape, or simply holding neiborhood watch meetings. Yes, the neighborhood isn't ...the best around but it feels so safe here. The icing on top of this already delicious cake is the management. They are easy to talk to and SO passionate about making this building a home for all the residents. I am not exaggerating when I say I never want to leave!Property Manager Responded
