Property Managment Does Nothing

They have literally done NOTHING in 2.5 years and continue to increase rent every year to tenants that pay in full and on time. Property Managment is difficult to get hold of. And unresponsive to calls, voicemails and emails. Not a single lightbulb or security light has been replaced in 2.5 years. Regardless of tenant requests that parking lot has 0 lights working. Crack heads moved in 2+ years ago and have filled the underground parking with garbage. Spilling over into other tenant parking. ...

Property Managment have continued to do nothing regardless of the mess and numerous calls. Just a soulless property management who do NOTHING but put the rent up. I have chatted with the other tenants in the property and it’s the same.
