February 7, 2024the leasing office team is terrible, mice problem that clearly isn’t getting solved, exterminator said he’d inform maintenance of the issues, called the leasing office… he never said anything. paint chipping, bugs!! they don’t care, they just want your money. if you like having mice as pets and a leasing office that you can barely get in contact with, this is the place for you!Review from Apartments.com

January 5, 2020I hate it here. Moving very soon. The rent increase EVERY year is ridiculous without any upgrades. When we moved in 5 years ago, we saw people moving out and they told us we should not have moved here. I now understand what they meant. It's funny how my bad review is not up here. We Love it here!
July 2, 2018We have been living here since last October. We were Pleasantly Surprised. The Leasing Office staff that helped us Diana And Marty were very helpful and walked us through everything. We have waited until now to write our review to give us almost a year here. We have had a few maintenance issues that were handled immediately . I couldn't be happier here. Our neighbors are friendly and I have to say we will most likely be renewing our lease. We heard stories that this was a noisy place to live. ...That is not true. It has been pleasantly QUIET. There is a Beautiful Park right up the road and all the stores you may need. We are not from this area so this was a scary decision to make, We are so glad we chose the Pines Apartment Homes. Horrible 5 years and moving
June 3, 2018If I could give them 0 stars I would. The ladies in the office are rude. The maintenance are useless. I called about my apartment leaking in multiple rooms and they respond with nothing I can do. This has happened multiple times. They “fixed” the leak in my bedroom by painting over the water damage.
