This building has been nothing but great to me. From Donte to Nicholle to David they are all a delight to know and have representing the pinnacle. Would highly recommend to live here! Spacious units with some great views and minutes away from New York. Been here for 3 years and I’ve been comfortable since the beginning.

I’ve lived in 10+ different highrise apartments for over 15 years and never had this kind of experience with a property manager even before moving in. The property manager is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. My fiancé and I gave all the detailed info about moving in date, maintenance notes, etc., via email/text/call multiple times, and nothing has been addressed. Not aware of anything, literally nothing about the tenant's info or requests. It seems like she has almost zero sense of how ...
her role’s supposed to be.
The utmost sign of unprofessionalism and insecurity she has is a nasty attitude while we reiterated all the necessary again, for the third time(!), in the most respectful way possible. In return, what we got was hanging up on us with an aggressive/emotional attitude. If you’re not ready or capable of this job, just don’t let your poor performance ruin all the other good parts of this property.

I moved in a while back and have loved my time here. Jason, our property manager, was so helpful with my move-in and continues to help in any way he can. The super always comes in a timely fashion in case something breaks. The building is always clean and smells great. I would recommend the Pinnacle to anyone looking to move to Fort Lee. Its location overlooking the Hudson, GWB and Manhattan skyline is unparalleled.
