Flooding moulding basements. Hidden mold throughout apartment. Landlord doesn't seem to care to fix the bigger issues. Repaints walls without priming or sealing anything in first. So one sticker will rip the paint right off the walls then he will charge you $50 an hour to repaint the entire wall. If you have pets you will be charged a pet pee and pet damage. Which doesn't count towards anything when you move out. He's got this setup so take your damage every time. You can see the walls at the ...

base of the apartments in lots of areas are bulging from moisture. Floor sunkin in the kitchen area. My guess is there is mold damage still behind it in the floor the to the basement joists.
