Sewer system horrible. Dirty water, poop and other stuff always backed up in the toilet and bathtub. Bathroom was always clogged up and when flushing it would come up through the bathtub or kitchen sink. Wasn't able to properly shower or use bathroom until they fixed the problem which took about 8 months to do so. Was robbed at gun point twice so this area is not good for kids. Never answer the phone and when putting a working order in always took about a week to actually have a worker d ...

My fridge hast gone out 3 times and in all instances they tell me it would get fixed and they never do. I even spent a whole weekend without a working fridge. I haven’t had AC since I’ve gotten here only the window system but they came into my apartment while I was gone and took it without fixing the AC leaving me and my 1 month old daughter in a hot apartment. The buildings are infested with rats but all they do is try to cover up the holes instead of actually doing something about it. The roof ...

The apartment manager really tries to clean up the courtyards but the tenants like to party and leave their party trash everywhere. I don't like the constant reminder to pay rent even when rent is paid. I've had a little difficulty communicating with staff because they don't really speak English. But, my apartment is great minus the slow to no water sometimes. I really can't go up to or call the office because of the communication barrier. But overall, I'm happy here.

I lived there for almost 2 years and maintenance hardly ever fixed anything. You had to keep calling the office to have something repaired. plus was infested with roaches and bed bugs. The property looked like they were maintained form the outside but on the inside they weren't. Plus management were always rude. Plus ppl cars were always getting towed from the property of you weren't parked properly nor had a sticker on your car knowing they had barely went into the sticker system.
