November 21, 2024The Porter has a lovely, welcoming feel to it -from the lobby, to the communal spaces, to the management staff. With my real estate agent, staff listened to my "wants". With each visit to find the layout for me, Kenisha was helpful and clear in communications. On one visit, Lyndsay was on duty and suggested a new-on-the-mkt apartment. Didn't have a balcony -but did have my request for lots of light. Today, I am signed on to that beautiful, light-filled space, readying for Move In, and ...looking forward to joining the Porter community. July 31, 2024We love our one bedroom unit and the floor to ceiling windows. The area is pretty quiet outside of typical highway sounds and birdsong. July 17, 2024Enjoying my time at the Porter Del Ray. The office leasing staff are detail-oriented and kind. The amenities are great and it's a very secure and safe building.
