Ups and downs to this apartment. (+) Newer amenities, front door camera/ let in service, key pad locks, management is nice although takes a while to respond unless you are new. (-) Mailroom is rarely secured and packages have been stolen and ripped into, gym bathroom door does not work so you may get stuck in there, cheap paint so walls smudge easily, garage door sounds like an animal is being murdered every time it opens and closes and nothing can be done about it, and the windows DO NOT CLOSE ...

PROPERLY due to how the building was made - you have to contact maintenance if you ever want your windows shut properly and even then they can't always get them shut. If you want parking - make sure your unit specifically comes with it, otherwise you can be stuck on a 1-2 year "waiting list".
