April 18, 2020With everything going on withe the times, we all do not know status of renovations and issues that arise that we all dealing with here. I can say~ the management company ProPSM is very efficient with any property issues that arise. Taylor, the manager of this area is (has always,) been excellent with the best maintenance people to fix anything in need of. With no waiting or run rounds, opposed to like other places I have lived at in past. May 9, 2017The property was very poorly landscaped on interior. Residents upset over management giving out person information and repairs said to be ignored or not taken care of. Residents complain of not a proper 24 advance notice of entry. Overall it is a nice area, residents just complain over the management and inability to respond to requests and of giving out private information . Residents say maintenance requests are ignored by the manager, and not the labor. Residents ...enjoy the relaxed pool and nice views.
