    The Preston is in a great location to the Mount Vernon shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as the up and coming Station North neighborhood. Convenient access to Penn Station, I-83, and easy to get downtown via the Circulator. It's an old building full of charm with hard wood floors, very high ceilings, great big windows, and some unique light fixtures. It's drawbacks are that some apartments are subject to street noise (however, some are not). The building has basic amenities since it's an ...
    older building, but they're enough to get by. The tenants are a mostly friendly bunch and we have made a few friends right in the building. My fiance and I have enjoyed staying here and will look back on our days at the Preston fondly!
