Nicest apartments in Kent. Helpful Staff and quick maintenance turnaround. Close walk to classes for college students. Highly recommend for Kent state students

Very nice location and apartments, as a college kid I wish rent was a little lower but in general rent is very reasonable for the apartments, but there is cheaper you can find. Wish they would fix the gym cable machine instead of try to loop it through which is not a permanent fix

the apartments are beautiful, the staff is amazing and always there if u need anything and the movie theater is amazing. the pricing is really readable and honestly cheaper then most places in kent.

i had an amazing living experience at the province! the staff was friendly and maintenance responded very quickly. i lived in a 4x4 large bath. my fav part was having my own bathroom and a furnished place! the amenities were great, wish the gym was opened 24/7 tho. overall great experience, would highly recommended!

I had a great experience while living at The Province. I even had the opportunity to work as a Community Assistant during my time there. When COVID hit, I couldn't stay in Kent anymore as my classes turned remote. Mackenzie went out of her way and helped me find a releaser and get out of my lease. The whole staff was amazing to work with and maintenance was great. I definitely would recommend Province to anyone.

so had a very welcoming move-in experience that was very quick and convenient. The staff did a good job of making sure their residents were prepared for move-in day and the staff was so friendly. Maintenance always gets completed in a timely manner and my roommate and I have nothing but good things to say about the property, I have never had one complaint.
