July 17, 2018DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS PLACE. The management is so rude to tenants and former tenants. They threaten, yell and are so rude with the way they speak. It is such an unprofessional place. Management is not helpful and withhold information. The property itself is not clean, and apparently lease to everyone and anybody. The worst place we have ever leased with. They disrespected my mother and my grandmother with how they’ve been handling this so called “business.” They wouldn’t even provide the number ...or email to corporate, the management company or any higher up employees.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015Unfortunately The Quails apartments have a big issue with water pipes and with that come floods. The floods are cause do the fact that the piping is old. They assure they have fixed th issue but it end up occurring again. Hope they can fix the issues to the root of the problem. Overall, a nice peaceful neighborhood with a clean campus.
