March 17, 2026Right now this is day 3 with out proper hot water. Luke warm water at best. My wife and I have called several times. We get notifications that the problem is resolved the the problem still is very evident by the fact I can not take a shower in the freezing water.Review from Apartments.com

January 18, 2026I love our home but they said all the appliances were new ( we know they were not). We feel they did a quick clean up from the last tenants. Office staff is nice and helpful but maintenance is not the greatest. We have cameras inside our home and we watched one guy kick an item across the room, then was talking bad about us. I guess we had some stuff we put on the stairs that fell and that was what prompted them to kick stuff and talk bad about us. September 22, 2025Decent area to live in, the townhomes themselves need to be updated. They recently had a management company change and it seems as bad as the previous management team. July 22, 2025I want to give a shout out to the team and the Property for their quick response to resolving hand rails for stairs after being notified of them being wobbly. Literally the next day after them being notified that the rails were wobbly, there’s someone out fixing and replacing. This is a big deal because in places I’ve lived in the past, they usually waited a week or more after being told about something similar needing repair. The key is always communication, so once you let them know about ...something, either via work order or walking in in person, this team has been and continues to be fast response - both maintenance and office.
