January 18, 2026I love our home but they said all the appliances were new ( we know they were not). We feel they did a quick clean up from the last tenants. Office staff is nice and helpful but maintenance is not the greatest. We have cameras inside our home and we watched one guy kick an item across the room, then was talking bad about us. I guess we had some stuff we put on the stairs that fell and that was what prompted them to kick stuff and talk bad about us. September 22, 2025Decent area to live in, the townhomes themselves need to be updated. They recently had a management company change and it seems as bad as the previous management team. July 22, 2025I want to give a shout out to the team and the Property for their quick response to resolving hand rails for stairs after being notified of them being wobbly. Literally the next day after them being notified that the rails were wobbly, there’s someone out fixing and replacing. This is a big deal because in places I’ve lived in the past, they usually waited a week or more after being told about something similar needing repair. The key is always communication, so once you let them know about ...something, either via work order or walking in in person, this team has been and continues to be fast response - both maintenance and office. April 8, 2025I’ve lived here for over a year and 1/2. The team is full of some very talented and highly motivated individuals. Every order is resolved and fixed QUICK. I’ve had a few problems here and there because it’s an apartment and things are going to happen, and everytime they came the day of or the day after and were very communicative with what’s what and how long and the process would take. Keegan, the maintenance manager really conducts his team very well. He’s hands on as well. He’s out in the snow ...fixing the pool before it’s time to open so they don’t delay the opening. There’s a gentleman who I think is newer in the crew that has a mullet and he’s very quick and efficient with the repairs. Their landscaping lad, Meech, he’s out picking trash up everyday, and when it snows these guys are all hands on deck. Im honestly blown away by the staff. This place is home.
