My carpet is filthy they told me it would be cleaned every time I renewed my lease and it has never happened they don't change the filters I had to beg them to replace the light outside my door it just go on and on

The Ravello needs to hire another maintenance person. 2 of my service requests needed immediate attention. It was not taken care of in that manner. People in office are rude to us because we keep calling for help. One even shouted at me. Office needs new management that can take the pressure of their job.

All my neighbors are great. The Beautician is awesome as well as the activity coordinator. Rest of management team need to work more on people skill and the person who is hired to collect trash does the minimum. Grounds are always trashy.
