Friendly Staff, but Ongoing Maintenance Issues and Unresolved Problems

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Raven. On the positive side, everyone on the management and maintenance teams is very nice and speaks to you politely. They are friendly and approachable, which I appreciate. However, I've been dealing with a persistent water leakage issue in my apartment for over a month now. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, the problem remains unresolved, and there has been recurring mold growth, which poses serious health risks. The situation has been ...
frustrating and disruptive to my daily life. My bathroom is practically unusable due to the damage, and it's been a challenging experience trying to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. I hope the management team can address this issue more effectively for future residents.

Great staff!

I just moved here a few months back. The team here has been awesome to work with. They're really friendly, and I'm excited for an awesome year ahead with them. They always have events for us, and I enjoy going to them. I've recommended a few people to move in here too. The place is out of the way, making it great for avoiding traffic.

Very promising new complex in South End!

Toured this complex today, and it’s absolutely beautiful. This apartment building is brand new, there is still a decent amount of construction occurring on the property as not all the amenities are built yet. But what is currently available is looking great. High quality materials in the rooms. Parking is gated and free in the multi-level parking garage connected behind the complex. They are currently building a coffee shop that will be inside the building as well. The main lobby is very large ...
with cute sofas and chairs, as well as an indoor bar and glass enclosed fireplace. The apartment complex is just minutes away from the main drag in South End where there is shopping, great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Also close by is a golf course and easy access to the interstate and some back roads to get to the airport. Lots of potential here and I may just move in!! Thank you Janea for the great tour today!!
