No peace and quiet here & roaches

Roaches, mold, constant construction, manager is obsessed with leaf blowing the apt for hours*** everyday***. The front of the building does look nice but the inside of the units are absolutely terrible plus there's no peace and quiet would not recommend and will not be renewing my lease

I’ve been a tenant for 18 yrs and so far I never had a problem in the building, neighbors, and manager(Irene), for she is reliable and accommodating that she make actions for whatever problem occur in the unit. The area is accessible to School, church, groceries, drug stores, restaurants and others. I’m comftable and feel secured?

The Area is surely safe. It is accessible to Major busses and few blocks away from the Metro Train. The area is very near to almost everything like grocery, restaurant, Salons and Others.
The Apartment that I rent is perfect for the size and the property manager (Irene)is very accommodating.
Overall, This is a excellent place to stay.

The Rayfield apartment complex is very safe and has multiple amenities within and walking distance.The manager has always been welcoming by letting us know we can depend on her when needed. She is always attentive whenever there’s any issue, and makes it a priority to do it within a timely manner. We had a good experience during our residency.

I’ve been a tenant at the Rayfield apts for quiet awhile. Although most of the units are singles. It’s a very safe place to live. The manager (Irene) is very fair. The apartment complex is very family friendly. If you’re looking for startup apartment unit or downsizing, neighbors are very friendly.

Which is definitely close niether access to all things that's necessary such as groceries, transportations and restaurants. Close to markets, transportation, restaurants, and freeways. Secured Building with intercom access and laundry on site. Patio area inside building with big shady trees. Minor issues are resolved in a timely manner. Manager on Site so that's very helpful if need anything.Been living here for almost 3 years and can't complain.
