February 23, 2022This apartment is HORRIBLE. Absolutely INFESTED with roaches. Mold in both bedroom window sills. Constant barking of dogs and people outside yelling. Parking is horrible. You can barely get in and out of the complex because people will park in the fire lanes and just in the middle of the road. Just all over a horrible experience.Review from Apartments.com
Major improvements!
August 13, 2020I visited the apartment complex to tour a prospective unit and was very pleased to view how well kept it was compared to the appearance late last year. Tenants I did observe seemed content everybody seemed happier! Feel better about renting at The Regency!Review from Apartments.com
