Nice Place to Live
April 11, 2017I've lived at the Regency at St Louis Apartments for two years now. Its not perfect, but its a very nice place to live, much better then my previous homes. Management is pretty nice and very fair. The building is kept clean. The WiFi works great. All utilities and WiFi are included in my rent. If something breaks I tell management and they fix it. And its pretty quiet in the building. So I can't really complain. Management can be a little strict with things like noise, parties, pets, smoking ...inside, but I have a child living with me so I like it that way.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
