The worst apartment I've ever lived in, cockroach, oil, dust, very dirty. Irresponsible manager.
August 29, 2024I am a new student in UW-Madison, and I just move to Regent. The first day I move in, I saw a dead cockroach body in the kitchen, and many dust in the kitchen. The kitchen's ceiling and the wall has so many oil. It looks like they never clean it. The hood grease mesh filter has many oil. The AC filter has many dust, when I turn on the AC it is so stinky, a lot of dust come out, they didn't replace it. The fan in the restroom was not working. The room smell bad. The worst thing is that, I report ...those problem for 2 weeks and regent apartment didn't come to clean and fix, and I report again, the manager said he will make sure those things will be solved by one day; however, they still didn't come to solve those problem.
