The Hybrid between Suburb and Urban Lifestyle
August 27, 2015The Reserve is a nice apartment complex as a whole. The interior of the apartment is decent quality so it is a fair value for the monthly rent. The Landing area is also very convenient as it has a little bit of everything from restaurants to apparel. However, make no mistake, you are not in Seattle. The additional prices for parking are very reasonable. Due to the vastness of the complex, one may find it relatively enduring to get from one area to the other. The only frustration is with the ...elevators. The elevators are extremely slow and are not always running. I know I have experienced more than 5 separate instances where my nearest elevator was out of order which made the foot travel time to my vehicle 5 minutes longer. I tend to use the stairs far more often and, being on the 4th floor, this can get frustrating. The management provides a good balance of offering activities yet not being intrusive. After apartment shopping around some when moving to this area, I would say that the Reserve offers the best quality for the price and if I were to stay in Renton beyond my current lease, I would remain here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
