Renters Reviews and Ratings
Great building, OK people
January 29, 2018I lived in the building roughly 2006-2008 & the building itself is spectacular, you can't beat the high ceilings or the location. But the price has increased by several thousand since I moved out & unless they've changed parking policy they do not in fact have covered parking for every tenant as advertised. They make the lower paying tenants park across the street and down the block in an unsupervised, uncovered parking lot & reserve basement parking for upper tier residents. Gorgeous space and ...building but know what you're getting into, they definitely play favorites and make exceptions for high dollar tenants that they would never allow a regular renter. Also, tenants regularly steal from the laundry room so don't leave your stuff unattended if you want to keep it.Property Manager Responded
May 28, 2019Thank you for your review of our community. The spaces are quite beautiful and unique given all downtown has to offer. Our lofts have 17 foot high ceilings and are wide open space, perfect for creative minds to really make their own. However, your review is a little confusing since half the information is not correct. I wonder if perhaps you are confusing us with another building since according to your review you lived here 11-13 years ago and just wrote your review relatively recently. Our building is the former Federal Reserve Bank Building. The majority of our tenants park in a covered parking structure which is free and no charge to the tenants since there are only a few spots in our building. Security is here 24/7 and there are security cameras everywhere. We haven't had any reports of theft from the laundry as it would be quite easy to rewind the cameras. Our prices start at $2395 and we normally do have a waiting list for units. Wish you all the best of luck in your future ...endeavors.
