As always, repairs take weeks to complete if you're lucky. They're still inefficient, but that's normal. Now, you can also see dry leaves everywhere, and cleaning is rarely done.

Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and the office is very helpful. It seems like the new app is glitchy, but the apartments are nice.

The community is very friendly and beautiful! I love the big trees and courtyard area, as well as the pool. The fitness centre has a good selection of equipment and the staff is very friendly and cares about your comfortability while you live here.

I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained place to call home. The grounds are beautifully kept, with clean landscaping and common areas that show how much care goes into maintaining the property. I also appreciate the thoughtful amenities—whether it's the fitness center, pool, community room, or outdoor spaces, there's always a way to relax or connect with neighbors. and I’ve never had issues with someone parked in my reserved location. Another huge plus is how quiet and peaceful the environment is. Even though the complex is close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, it still feels like a retreat from the noise and busyness of daily life. The location couldn’t be better. Overall, this apartment complex strikes a great balance between comfort, community, and convenience. I’m happy living here and feel like it’s a place I can truly call home.
