management is leaving people without working washers/dryers for weeks, without heat for long periods of time, and our packages are constantly stolen. people’s cars are being broken into in the lot. awful.

Our apartment is a three bedroom apartment located in the Spring Arts section of Philadelphia. The former trolly factory was gutted out and replaced with a small apartment community. Within the factory walls, there is modern village. Each apartment boasts large spacious living spaces with steel beams along the ceiling, creating a warm industrial space. Washer and dryer and two patios makes this living space a one of a kind home. I would never want to move out. There is no place like this.
