We’ve loved living in this complex! Nice units with brand new everything. The maintenance team keeps common areas pretty clean and plows/shovels during the winter. The location is perfect with everything you could ever need a short drive away. The only negatives are the parking is not great (you are not guaranteed a spot near your unit because more cars have come to the complex over time), and there is a lack of amenities compared to other units (no pool/outdoor common area, gym is very small, ...

etc). Packages are also left at the entry door at each building, and I wish they had a place to lock them up better (however we haven’t had any theft issues in over a year being here). Overall really enjoy living here, especially for young people looking to be in West Hartford, but close to highways and not right downtown.
