March 2, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comNot worth what you're paying for. The office does nothing about the trash scattered everywhere. The laundry room has only 1 working washer of 4 for the last year and nothing has been done about it. The allocated water is outrageous. We just payed 110$ and we don't even have a washer. It's divided by THE WHOLE COMPLEX, depending on how many people are on the lease. Meaning, a apt with 2 people with no washer is paying the SAME or more as a family of 5 with a washer in unit. The more people move in ...the more your bill will go up. Good luck trying to get a hold of Management. They do nothing about people not picking up after their dogs. Be prepared for crickets and roaches as a constant in your place. Just not worth what you pay for.Read More

But community living has gone down with pet waste all over common walkways, pets not leashed walking around, increase in security issues/car break-ins, trash bins overflowing and trash along unit hallways. But rent keeps going up each year..

Spiders , crickets , Roaches etc. I dont know if this is due to me living on the bottom level but Im constantly anxious about the pest. The patio door is also not sealed so I can feel the cold air coming into my home in the winter months. Proper sealing should be a priority for all residents
